Almor Custom Power Cord Applications

A Large Global Communications Company needed help fast. They had several new models of server/rack mounted cabinets they were sending to a trade show and their Asia Source was late in delivering custom fan cord assemblies to power their cabinet fans. Engineering called Almor Power Cables, and we got started. They e-mailed a drawing to our engineering group that described the following: 10.5 ft. overall length using a 18/3 SPT-1 (VW-1, 105Deg C) with 9/ 8 inch daisy chained 90 Deg. Molded Fan Heads, with 4 1/2 inch ground breakouts to # 10 ring terminals, in addition to a molded 5-15P on the opposite end. Delivery on 10 units… 3 days, and an ongoing reshore effort with Almor Power Cables.
