Almor Custom Power Cord Applications

A Fortune 200 Instrument Manufacturers came to Almor Power Cable to see if a custom Power Cord could be manufactured with the following special requirement(s).
19 ft. 16/3 AWG SJTOW, Orange PVC Outer Jacket, with Molded IEC 60320 C-13 on one end, and the outer jacket removed 39” at the opposite end, in addition to applying heat shrink tubing.

The specifications for the 3 conductors were to have two (2) of the conductors be Black in color and identified with the #1 on one conductor, and #2 on the second black conductor. The third conductor color was to be green with yellow stripe.

Almor Power contacted one of its wire manufacturer’s to produce this special “color requirement” with the three (3) inner conductors, and had sample to the customer for approval within 3 weeks.
